As a Design Architect, you will collaborate on architectural design throughout all project phases—from concept and schematic design to detailed documentation and realisation.
You will work closely with project architects and CMCA partners, transforming creative ideas into high-quality architectural solutions while ensuring technical excellence, creativity and buildability.
– Architectural design and collaboration across all project phases
– Preparing design ideas, sketches, models, presentations and project documentation
– Participating in client meetings and design workshops
– Contributing to design reviews and internal knowledge sharing
– Ensuring compliance with local regulations, technical standards and sustainability objectives
– Researching ecological strategies and green systems
– 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design
– Strong artistic and architectural design skills, from concept to detailed design
– Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
– Proficiency in drawing and rendering in AutoCAD, Archicad or Revit, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign)
– Fluent Czech (required); English is an advantage
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– A portfolio demonstrating strong architectural thinking and design quality

You will lead the project team and the coordination of collaborating professions, working closely with CMCA partners, clients, consultants and project architects to transform creative ideas into high-quality architectural solutions while ensuring technical excellence, creativity and buildability.
– Leading projects and their architectural design across all project phases
– Leading the project team and reviewing design ideas, sketches, models, presentations and project documentation
– Leading the coordination of consultants and other collaborating professions
– Representing projects in client, consultant and city meetings and in design workshops
– Ensuring compliance with local regulations, technical standards and sustainability objectives
– Contributing to design reviews, internal knowledge sharing and research into ecological strategies and green systems
– At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture, including experience leading or coordinating the architectural design process
– Strong artistic and architectural design skills, from concept to detailed design
– Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
– Proficiency in drawing in AutoCAD, Archicad or Revit, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign)
– Fluent Czech (required); English is an advantage
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– ČKA authorisation (Czech Chamber of Architects) is an advantage
– A portfolio demonstrating strong architectural thinking and design quality
